We've answered the ones contractors ask most — about pricing, timelines, ownership, results, and how everything works. If yours isn't here, just call us.
Foundation is a one-time deliverable — we build you a professional, SEO-optimized website and hand it off. You own it outright and host it wherever you choose. Momentum is our monthly retainer that includes ongoing hosting, maintenance, GBP optimization, citation building, and reports. Dominate adds Google Local Services Ads management on top of everything in Momentum.
Most clients who want a long-term growth partner choose Momentum. Foundation works well for contractors who already have hosting and just need a fresh, properly-built site.
No setup fees on any plan. No long-term contracts on Momentum or Dominate — both are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice. We don't lock you in because we'd rather earn your business every month through results.
Ad spend is billed separately — directly to your Google account. We charge only the management fee ($897/mo on Dominate) and we never mark up your budget. Whatever you put into ads goes fully toward getting you leads, not padding our margin.
Absolutely. Many clients start with Foundation to get a professional site up quickly, then transition to Momentum when they're ready for ongoing growth management. We pick up right where you left off — no need to rebuild anything.
For Foundation (one-time builds), if we haven't delivered a first draft within 14 business days, we'll refund in full. For monthly plans, you're billed at the start of each month and can cancel before the next billing cycle. We don't offer refunds on work already completed, but we'll always make it right if there's a genuine issue.
Yes — always. On Foundation, you receive all files and own the site outright from day one. On Momentum and Dominate, we manage it on your behalf, but the site belongs to you. If you ever leave, you take your site with you. No vendor lock-in, ever.
Most sites are delivered within 7–10 business days of your onboarding call. After we deliver the first draft, you give feedback and we complete any revisions within 24–48 hours. Total time from signing to live is typically under two weeks.
We build on clean HTML/CSS or WordPress depending on your needs — both are fast, portable, and fully yours to take anywhere. We avoid page builders like Elementor and Divi that create bloated, slow sites. Everything is hand-coded or built on a lean custom theme optimized for page speed and SEO.
Foundation includes 5–7 pages: homepage, services overview, individual service pages, about, and contact. Momentum expands this with up to 5 location and service pages added over time. Dominate goes up to 10 location/service pages — each one targeting a specific city or service keyword to widen your ranking footprint.
More than you might expect, but less than most agencies ask for. We handle all the copy, structure, and on-page SEO — but we do need a few things from you to do it right. A 30-minute onboarding call to cover your services, target areas, and goals. Any branding you have (logo, colors). And photos — real photos of your work, your crew, your equipment. This is non-negotiable. Stock imagery doesn't build trust with homeowners the way actual job-site photos do, and Google rewards authentic visual content. If you're light on photos, we'll tell you exactly what to shoot before we start.
Honest answer: it depends on how competitive your market is. In smaller towns and suburban markets, we often see meaningful ranking movement within 60–90 days. In denser metros like Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Boca Raton, it typically takes 3–6 months to build real authority against established competitors. What we can tell you is that every month of consistent work compounds — month 6 is always better than month 1.
A citation is any online mention of your business name, address, and phone number — on directories like Yelp, Angi, HomeAdvisor, and hundreds of others. Google uses the consistency and volume of these citations as a local trust signal. The more accurate and widespread they are, the more confident Google is that your business is legitimate and established in a given area.
GEO is the practice of structuring your content so it gets cited or featured by AI-powered search tools like Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and ChatGPT search. As more homeowners use AI to find contractors, showing up in those answers is becoming just as important as ranking in traditional Google results. This is included in our Dominate plan and is something very few agencies are addressing yet.
No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Google's algorithm is not in our control. What we guarantee is consistent, professional SEO work every month using strategies that are proven to improve rankings over time. We track and report everything transparently so you always know the progress being made.
A lot more than most people realize. We optimize your business categories, service list, attributes, and description with targeted keywords. We upload geo-tagged photos regularly, post weekly GBP updates, respond to Q&A, and monitor for any issues that could suppress your listing. An active, fully optimized GBP is one of the strongest local ranking signals Google uses.
No — we'll work with your existing profile. We'll audit what's there, fix any inconsistencies, and build on the review history and authority you've already accumulated. If your listing has been suspended or has issues, we handle that recovery process as part of onboarding.
Yes — we set you up with a streamlined review request process (a simple link you can send via text after every job) and coach you on the best timing and approach for asking. We never buy or fake reviews. Authentic 5-star reviews are one of your biggest ranking and conversion factors, and we take them seriously.
LSAs (Local Services Ads) appear at the very top of Google — above regular ads and organic results — and show your name, reviews, and Google Guaranteed badge directly in search results. You only pay when someone calls or messages you directly through the ad, not just for clicks. For most contractor trades, LSAs deliver some of the highest-quality leads available in paid search.
It depends on your trade and market. As a general starting point, $500–$1,500/month in ad spend is enough to see meaningful lead volume in most mid-sized markets. We'll give you a specific recommendation during onboarding based on your area and trade. Remember — ad spend goes directly to Google, separate from our management fee.
LSA management is exclusive to the Dominate plan. You could technically set up and run LSAs yourself, but without proper keyword targeting, bid management, and ongoing optimization, most contractors either overspend for low-quality leads or miss the lead volume they should be getting. We manage the full setup and ongoing tuning as part of Dominate.
For Momentum clients in medium-competition markets, realistic 6-month expectations include: ranking on page 1 for several local service keywords, measurable increases in GBP views and calls, and a growing base of citations building long-term authority. For Dominate clients who add LSA, many see inbound calls within the first 2–4 weeks of ads going live.
We don't make promises about specific lead numbers because markets vary too much. What we do promise is that every month's work moves the needle in a measurable direction.
We send monthly performance reports covering keyword rankings, organic traffic, GBP insights (calls, direction requests, views), and citation growth. For Dominate clients, ad performance metrics are included. Reports are plain-language and focused on numbers that actually impact your business — not vanity metrics designed to make us look good.
For Momentum and Dominate clients, minor updates (text changes, new photos, adding a service, updating hours) are handled within 24–48 hours at no extra charge. Larger additions like new service pages are included in your monthly allocation. You reach us directly — no ticket system, no waiting in a queue behind bigger clients.
You work directly with the person managing your account — not a rotating team of junior account managers. You'll have a direct phone number and email. We keep our client roster intentionally small so every client gets real attention, not just an automated check-in email once a month.
Give us 30 days notice and we'll complete any outstanding work, transfer all assets, and hand you everything — your site files, GBP access, analytics access, and a summary of what was built. You own all of it. There's no penalty and no hard feelings. We'd rather part on good terms than hold your business assets hostage.
Yes — we serve contractors across all 50 states. We're based in South Florida and know this market well, but local SEO is done remotely and our process works in any region. Whether you're in Miami, Houston, Phoenix, or Portland, the strategy is the same. We build location-specific targeting for wherever your customers are searching, regardless of where you or we are located.
No scripts, no sales pressure. If you have a specific question about your trade, your market, or which plan makes sense — call or email and we'll give you a straight answer.
